The Blood’s Rental Department is looking to fill several full-time seasonal positions. If you like working as a team and being outside, this is the job for you! Under the direction and supervision of the Rental Crew Manager, you will assist with all rental set-ups and removals for events including the completion of, preparation for, and actual site work in the most efficient and professional manner possible.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in making sure all trucks are loaded properly, safely, and completely
- Assist in making sure all rental items are delivered, set up, picked up, counted, returned to the warehouse, and stored properly and safely
- Help ensure all rental equipment and warehouse areas are cleaned and maintained
- Provide exceptional customer service via on-site interaction
Key Competencies/Qualifications:
- Including but not limited to- Multitasking, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Confidentiality, and Integrity
- Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends required when business needs determine
- Driver's license preferred
- Must be able to lift/push 75+ pounds and carry, stand, squat, crawl, reach, and kneel for sustained periods of time
- Must be able to walk approximately 4 miles daily
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Humble and optimistic attitude required
- Strong communication skills a must
- Organizational skills and punctuality needed
- DOT and Forklift certification available

Candidates should be physically fit as all supplies needed are brought to and from each job. Pay is dependent on experience and we’re very happy to train the right people. We offer an inclusive and fun work environment and transportation to and from locations. Schedule is seasonal, on an on-call basis, typically on Fridays and Saturdays, though some weekdays as well.

- Loading/Unloading of vehicle
- Table top setup
- Serving food
- Friendly and appropriate service
- May include some food preparation
